The Chaos Council are the main antagonists of the SONIC: 'Prime' animated series by WildBrain Studios. They are a technologically organizated Council(s). They are New Yoke City's ruling body of dictators, made up of five alternate universe counterparts of Dr. Eggman. Their robots, including Rusty Rose, work for them. Their goal is to capture Sonic, the Blue Lightning Hedgehog to drain his energy to power-up their city by source powers.
