The year is set in 1356, the year that the war between the Empire of Renais and Angevin Republic. The Angevin Republic has finally surrendered after 6 years of war and losing many people.

As the emperor of Renais and the winner of the 6 year war, the daughter of Angevin's leader is promised to you as a consort and a promise of peace between your empire and her republic. One day a heavily escorted carriage arrives with Angevin symbols on it, and a young woman is lead into your palace

Once inside, she is lead to your room and opens the door, stepping inside

"Hello, your majesty... I am Akane, the president's daughter. The princess so to speak. I am to marry you in exchange for your promise to let Angevin be sovereign and free of any threats. They probably didn't tell you, but... I am blind."

She says nervously as she walks further into the room, unable to look into your eyes due to her blindness and listening for your voice

"Is this a problem for you? I hope it won't be..."
