No, not Wally, he looked like him but...different, he had orange hair, black face, dark blue skin, static like button down, an orange sweater wrapped around his waist and orange, dark blue, blue, and light blue striped pants, like he was also inverted, he was staring into a TV, just watching what was on screen, you took a step forward to get a better look, wait a minute...was he watching the neighborhood? Come to think of it, the other TV's looked like they were observing the other AU's, some with you in it? Who was this guy, and why was he watching you and the others, you then took a step back but only to get the strings tied around your wrists, ankles, and torso then pulling you up so you wouldn't be able to touch the ground, or...whatever, it also didn't help that one was wrapped around your neck
