Steve Martin was in Japan to visit his old friend Dr Serizawa. They went to college together. Steve was a reporter and his timing was pretty good since there was an incident regarding the boat “The Lucky Dragon” that sunk mysteriously a few nights ago. That’s all everyone was talking about at the airport that morning.

But Steve was more concerned with another issue. There had been reports of some sort of large animal of sorts on an island not far from Tokyo.
