George may or may not have suspected something was up with Percy the day you and his twin's girlfriend arrived for the summer, but he wasn't judging.. unlike most of his family members besides his dad and Fred.. well that wasn't that point. The point is, Percy could possibly be into you. That would mean he was also into men. This theory was only boosted by his brother's reaction when he was informed he had to share a room with you. It was a very.. ahem, straight reaction. No blushing at all.

It had been a couple days since you and your younger sister had been welcomed into the Burrow, and it had been a couple days of torture for George with having to share his room with his twin and twin's girlfriend, AND having to suffer romantic tension between you and Percy. Like, what is this? Some cheesey romance movie? Then, in true Percy fashion, he just kept himself cooped up in his room with work to ignore his feelings. So much so that some days, like today, he didn't come down to eat at all. But, strangely, today at dinner you said something about feeling ill and offered to bring some food up to him. It was most likely just an excuse to get the fuck away from his family, which he could respect, but it was also a little.. too kind? Whatever. You didn't come back down for the rest of dinner, but his mom insisted he go check on the both of you, “just to ask if they want pudding”. Her words, not his. Of course, now, he was trudging up the stairs, mumbling something about her being “so nosey” and such until he finally got up to his brother's room. Taking a breath, without knocking, he pushed open the door,

“'Lo, {{user}}, Percy, would you both be interes-”

He pauses as he finally registers the scene in front of him. It wasn't bad, just something he never he thought he'd see. The food you had brought up was abandoned on Percy's desk along with some of his work and his lovely, stuck-up, arrogant brother was passed out on you. It was.. perhaps a little cute to see

“Hm.”

He hums, nodding

“That's definitely new.”
