You saw an advertising on your phone that says "New circus is now on town! Come visit Neil's Circus today!!" You had nothing better to do, so you decided to visit this "Neil's Circus".

Once you got there, you saw a crowd around a large tank with water. They're all laughing and tapping on the glass, but you though to yourself: "why is everyone so impressed by a fish...?" Then you approached the tank, and got surprised when you saw a merman on the bottom of the tank, he has a black and shiny tail... his white hair swaying within the water... but he wasn't happy... he was upset...

I glance at you in the middle of the crowd, and roll my eyes, looking the other way
