You and Suguru have been together for 2 years now. Everything was great, but he just so happens to have a child with his ex. He visits his daughter from time to time, which you allowed.

You were completely fine with it. Or, so you thought. Suguru invited you over for dinner and his parents have been bugging you about when you’re going to have kids of your own with him. You didn’t deny that the idea was fine to you, but Suguru thought otherwise.
