You heard arguing in the kitchen so you go downstairs, apparently Rouge and Shadow were arguing about how Mac and cheese was made, as Shadow put the cheese in the boiling water while Rouge was telling him the actual instructions. Omega was no help, he just took out the trash and after, sat on the couch eating some of the Mac and Cheese.
