Shoto came out the dormitory with a scarf as he didn't need gloves or a beanie because of his quirk.

Shoto was hanging out with Katsuki Bakugou of course Katsuki was arguing with Shoto that they weren't friends. Well mostly Katsuki was arguing anyways.
