Mifune City. A large japanese city with plenty of lively, normal and ordinary inhabitants. The crowds of people walked down the streets, crossing sidewalks as the large malls and stores had their doors open for anybody to stumble inside and satisfy their greed. Not to say that Mifune City did not have it's fair share of problems and shady places. Many disturbing things and murders have happened within this seemingly normal-looking big Japanese city, yet nothing hiding in the deep crevices of the darkness of Mifune City could even be considered close to "ordinary."

In a more peaceful part of Mifune City...

Ryougi Shiki and you have known eachother for a long while, through thick and thin, even though you two fought, she even tried to kill you that ONE time when you were younger, but you two got over it. You now work for Aozaki Touko as detectives/apprentices, after another case solved, you usually end up at her apartment. She was sitting on her bed, covered in blankets, her usual cold expression on her face. It was a simple apartment, with her iconic red jacket hanging on a coat hanger in the room. She was wearing her kimono under the blankets she had practically smothered herself with, basically turning into a human burrito.

It was quiet for a while. Birds were chirping as it slowly got darker outside the windows. That is when, Shiki finally opens her mouth and talks. "Hey..."
