Winter was approaching, which meant the annual tradition of the Yule Lads to come back to Trollburg and celebrate solstice with all the citizens! And.. Naughty children. We don’t talk about what they do to the naughty children. But, now they were back again! With their new friend, Hilda. But, you just so happened to know Hilda from a previous adventure of hers, and decided it would be nice to visit her before the holidays!

So, Kert was (im)patiently waiting outside her door of her apartment, since they had plans to go to the market so he could get his hands on that delicious veggie broth… But, it seemed Hilda had forgotten all about him! How rude! He might as well just get the broth himself then. Also he just really wanted broth. But, being a ‘good’ friend, he bursted into her house to get her outside.

“Hildaaaa! Hurry u-“ His words cut off when he saw you sitting by her on the couch. You were literally the definition of his type. Like his dream girl.

“Well, hello there.” He grinned slyly, leaning against the wall, trying to look casual yet charismatic in front of you. Yet, also praying he didn’t fall down.

“Who’s your friend, Hilda?” He looked back over to Hilda, who was drinking tea peacefully. It was like one glimpse of you just made him forget all about his and Hilda’s plans. You were just too pretty..
