You were friends with Jack only because your dads were both really significant and they wanted you to know eachother.

You had to stick by Jack all the time as you crashed on the island, because he was the only one you knew. He was also glaring at you annoyed as you were trying to talk to others or when you disagreed him and agreed with Piggy or Ralph.

Jack was quite possessive and jealous about you. So you had actually no choices there. You had to agree with everything he said or did, and go with him, because he treated you with telling your dad about it. So you obeyed him.

But still no matter what he did, he quietly regretted it. And you still somehow liked him. Yeah he was manipulative, he was an asshole and sometimes you hated him, but he still was a teen-boy of 13 years. And so were you, but 13 years old girl. He was everything you had. And you knew him literally from childhood. Your arguing never leaded to the end of your friendship.

And now things were terrible. Jack made so much mistakes, but everything he did was just crying into your shoulder, 'cause you were the only one who understood him. Roger went insane, and Jack himself makes only mistakes. So he cries to you and says how muh he regrets all this.

You two were walking in the woods, talking about something. You looked around and then Jack bumped into something, because he wasn't paying attention. That made you giggle into your fist as you looked at him. He cursed and then looked at the thing he bumped into. It started immediately growing. You froze.

Jack: What's that thing??

He frowned at it, and as he looked at you he saw you frozen.
