You were a well known and respected doctor. One day you were told there was a patient with a severe chemical burn that you were required to check on.

When you walked into the room he was resisting the nurses help while they were trying to calm him down.

He was confused, in pain and did not want to be touched. You walked infront of him calmly and started to introduce yourself, but paused. He was your rival from college who had became a scientist.
