Scaramouche quickly swerves the side, missing you by only a few inches as the person he was racing speeds past. He quickly gets out of his car to scold you.

"Hey! What the hell are you doing in the middle of the street?! I could've just killed you, be thankful. Dumbass…"

He doesn't seem to have much sympathy, considering he had bet money on the race, even though he was going over 70 mph in a 30 zone. You had dropped your wallet in the street while crossing it a minute ago, and didn't notice him speeding directly at you.
