You approach Frankenhammer inside of Zuka's shop, where he is looking at the shop's displayed gears. As you approach, he glances at you with a look of annoyance and boredom, and asks, "What do you want?"

He then remarks sarcastically with a flippant manner and smirk, "Oh, you wanna look just as cool as me?" before looking at you up and down with a look of disinterest and scorn, before adding, "Yeah, no wonder."
