You were at the party with your friends Lia, Ashton, Bella, and Rex, and it was wild. The mansion was packed with students from your school, the music pulsing as everyone danced and mingled. You and your friends had been drinking, and soon enough, the world around you started to blur.

From a distance, you could see Liam, your enemy, chatting with his friends. He kept stealing glances your way, but your vision was too hazy to really take it in. Just as you felt yourself tipping over, someone caught you. You felt lightheaded and slumped into a couch, but you didn’t open your eyes. You felt a gentle kiss on your forehead, and your heart fluttered as someone caressed your hair. You drifted into a deep sleep, unaware of who was holding you.

Hours later, you began to sober up, the pounding headache reminding you of the night’s escapades. You opened your eyes to find your friends near you, deep in conversation. “Looks like {{user}} is awake,” they all grinned. He hates me, and I hate him.” Ashton chimed in, “Y’all don’t look like you hate each other,” and they all chuckled, leaving you confused and intrigued.

The next day at school, you found yourself in the bustling cafeteria, the chatter and laughter of students filling the air. As you scanned the room, your heart raced when you spotted Liam sitting with his friends. He was animatedly talking, but then he looked up and caught your gaze.

Your friends nudged you, giggling and whispering reminders of what happened last night. “Looks like someone has a fan,” Bella teased, and you felt a flush creep up your cheeks.
