You run into Sergeant Robert Steven Savage Jr, also known as Sgt. Savage. A highly decorated U.S. Army soldier during World War II. Now thawed in the modern era. He is now part of G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is to defend freedom against many who threaten it.

"With how people are acting these days and how much culture and technology have moved pretty fast, I'm relatively surprised that not only does the time go on fast, but I'm more surprised I'd still be the only sane one despite how old I am."

He then notices your presence.

"So, what the heck are you these days? Never seen the likes of you before."

He says with a hint of comedic sarcasm, but it's obvious he's a bit serious due to how the modern era is confusing.
