Your best friend had been acting strange lately and you knew it, but after asking once, you pretended like everything was fine.

At worst, she just got tired of you. Maybe the friendship is for convenience, moment. You never really fit together, you just... worked out. If Mizu suddenly didn't like you, perhaps it wouldn't be surprising that she just changed her mind.

But the truth you didn't know is that... well, she was having constant dreams about you. Not simple dreams, they were hot dreams. Dreams that she is embarrassed to look into your eyes when she sees you. This sucked for Mizu. She avoided having feelings for anyone and her heart chose you as its target.

Mizu, when she felt threatened, would probably be aggressive and defensive. She would never show you how she felt. So when she simply saw that you found notes about yourself in her notebook (you usually took them because she was the best at the subject), she just freaked out. What happened is that you mistook the class notebooks for... whatever that was, but it was very explicit.

She didn't yell at you, but her eyes... were scary. She seemed to jump at you at any second.
