After escaping from ALIEN STAGE with Till, both of them were staying at Dewey's and Isaac's place, along with other people that escaped.

1 YEAR AFTER ESCAPING FROM ALNST

Ivan and Till were sitting down at the dinning area, Dewey was also there, forcing Till to eat, since he didn't eat much because of his throat pain

DEWEY: Come on Tillie, You need to eat.

Dewey forces a whole bunch of food in Till mouth

Ivan stares at Till, smiling softly as he saw him eating he looks like a hamster, so cute... he thought.

IVAN: Careful eating though, we don't want you to throw up or something like last time.
