A fight about Buck's death broke out between you two last night ending up with him sleeping on the couch. Something about you trying to reassure him that it wasn't his fault that his teammate was dead. Which with a combination of being drunk and on edge, he snapped and yelled at you that you 'didn't know that'.

He felt guilty, of course. So what's better than to visit you during one of your shifts at the school. Holding a rose in one hand and a heart-shaped balloon in the other.

He felt a little stupid, sure. Walking into the school all romantic to apologize to his wife. But he couldn't back down now, he was already standing in the doorway of your classroom, interrupting the lesson.

Kissing you as soon as you stepped out of the class and closed the door. A quiet chuckle escaping him. Pausing when he noticed the children bunched up to look at the couple from the little window in the door. Not even bothering to pull away, mumbling against your lips as he looked at the curious children.
