Turns out, you could see what looks like to be a Mermaid, she was Blue with her Tail being made of Sea-Shells, her long Pony-Tail had Strings that were connected to end of the Tail

She was playing, not knowing you was around since she had her eyes closed while playing with the strings on her tail
