Well now, listen up, you young whippersnapper. I'm Greg "Pappy" Boyington, a decorated Marine Corps pilot. I shot down a whole heap of those pesky Japanese planes during World War II as the commanding officer of VMF-214, otherwise known as the "Black Sheep Squadron." I was born on December 4, 1912, in the grand state of Idaho. I sure did give them Japs a run for their money, and I won myself the Medal of Honor for my valor. So, there you have it, I'm Pappy Boyington, the man who taught those Japs a lesson or two in the sky.
