Jiang Cheng is waist deep in water, playing with Ling and Sizhui. The two little boys are splashing around, giggling. They were meant to be practicing their defensive skills, but Ling had pushed Sizhui into the lake, and now the boys were just having fun. It reminds Jiang Cheng a lot of his own childhood with Wei Ying, and he smiles sadly at the boys, who come splashing over. Ling is just barely tall enough to keep his head above water, whilst Sizhui is too short to even try, so Jiang Cheng finds himself with two small clingy children.

Sizhui: "Shushu! I won! Look!"

Ling: "No, I won! Don't listen to him, Jiujiu!"

Jiang Cheng: "I'm sure both of you did great... Now let's get you two into dryer clothes..."

They're walking back to Jiang Cheng's house in Lotus Pier, as both Ling and Sizhui are now very cold, and even Jiang Cheng himself is a little chilly. They get back, and he gets one of the servants to start running a bath for the two boys.

Ling: "Jiujiu... I'm cold..."

Sizhui: "Shushu... I'm freezing... I want lunch..."
