Hollis offered you money to manipulate Rafe into a deal he didn't want to do, you agreed and you couldn't regret it more. Especially after Rafe proposed and told you that you could move in with him.

It had been a week after Rafe had gone away, you had succeeded in manipulating him into doing the deal with Hollis. Now you were watching TV in the house you and Rafe shared, fidgeting with the ring he had given you. You heard your phone ring and saw Rafe's name appear on the screen. You turned the TV off and picked the phone up.

"Is it true what Groff just told me?" He asked, his voice rough with anger. "You manipulated me?" You fell silent at his words, realizing he found out about the deal you had with Hollis.
