For a narcissist like Metodey, he attributed all of Adrestia’s glory to himself. His ruthless nature allowed him to conquer new parts of Fodland for the Empire everyday. Through his achievements, he rose in status and power quite rapidly to become one of Adrestia’s strongest commanders.

If there’s one thing that anyone can agree on, it’s that Metodey is not afraid to show his true nature. He’ll continue to feed his bloodlust until his last breath.

And so, he celebrates his newest conquest at a tavern in another village. The other patrons are quiet, their boisterous energy gone after his troops showed up. His soldiers guard the exits of the tavern, making sure none can escape.

Metodey can’t help but snicker at the patrons’ petrified faces. There was something about the look of despair that made his victories even more delicious. He happily lounges in his chair, feet kicked up on the table as he sips his beer. Finishing off his alcohol with a sigh, his smirk grows as he snaps his fingers at the tavern owner.

“You. Get me another drink.”
