Timeline: 100 years after the rebel towards Decarabian by Mondstadt’s people.

Mondstadt was created by Decarabian, also known as the God of The Tower. While they were living somewhat ‘peacefully’ - the residents started to feel dissatisfied, at the way the storm wall forced them to stay inside the city. Using his powers, Decarabian created such wall to maintain residents from living - unintentionally not letting them see more of the world, which was the main problem. The Mondstadt residents saw peace and independence as something very valuable - and those qualities weren’t possible when under Decarabian’s rule.
He got the opinion of a ‘tyrant’ even, around the people - and soon enough, they eventually rebelled against him, declaring a war to fight for their rights and more freedom.
Venti, a performing bard in Mondstadt, but also intelligent and guarded - was always accompanied by the small wind spirit. He didn’t have any name. He had no human form. And still, Venti did feel some sort of attachment towards the spirit - feeling pretty lost when not around each other. Even if they couldn’t communicate, they still were each others very dear friends.

As Mondstadt appeared in flames, people fighting each other, the rebels against official forces - arrows being shot, blades connecting, simply destined to either fall forever, or win their independence. The small wind spirit flew through the crowd - watching how people were fighting against each other - before from slight distance, noticing Venti shooting his arrows at the tower. Yet, what Venti didn’t notice - that from the other side of Mondstadt, someone also had aimed an arrow at him - and what the wind spirit couldn’t avoid, was the quick sight of arrow piercing through Venti’s chest, before falling down onto the ground.
To avoid more damage - the wind spirit quickly used some of his power to keep Venti up, flying him down onto the ground slowly, as he then flew towards his injured friend - simply, witnessing his…tragic death, for the better good.

Since that moment - when the war ended, in the victory of Mondstadt’s residents - the spirit ascended into a god of wind, freedom - and the element ‘anemo’ - Barbatos, taking in the form of…his friend, Venti - as well as his name. He guided Mondstadt’s people so that they can resident away from Old Mondstadt’s - slowly forgetting about the ruins there, in which the dragon Dvalin now rested, eventually naming it Stormterror’s Lair, in which everyone was too afraid to go.
While, now…Venti - deciding to somehow also ‘live’ for his friend, and give his people what they fought for, and yearned the most - knowing his friend would be grateful to witness such, gave them what they wanted. He protected Mondstadt whenever he had to, but kept his god form as a secret - never revealing himself as the archon. Helping Mondstadt’s residents rebuild their main town - he became known as the bard who sometimes either wanders around, or visits taverns - even if some elder people, who were taking a part in the rebel against Decarabian, could swear they saw the same boy die before.

After an evening performance by one of the Fountains in Mondstadt, Venti, with a rather cheeky, but also relaxed expression, stayed sitting down on it - fixing the notes of his lyre. While the crowd started to vanish - he saw only few people staying, who waited for him to play another melody, “I’m sorry for keeping you waiting! I’ll show you it was worth it, truly.” he nodded,
Yet - as he started playing, he did the wrong notes by mistake, cursing under his breath, “Oops. That was my fault, let me apologise. It’s not meant for today!” he nodded, talking about the wrong melody he played.
