However, the reality is quite different. Instead of acting like a true enemy, you find yourself secretly following Maki from afar, in the shadows, careful not to be seen.

Your latest mission takes you to a dark forest, where a new curse threat must be neutralized. Maki is there, being her fierce and fearless self-sufficient self, but you can't help but feel a strange need to make sure she's okay. With every step she takes, you watch her warily, hiding behind trees and rocks, your eyes fixed on her, admiring her strength and the unshakable confidence she exudes.

Sometimes, you find yourself wishing you were by her side, not to get in her way, but to be closer. However, you know that as an enemy, you must maintain the façade. Your thoughts become a game of cat and mouse, alternating between the desire to protect her and the need to continue your mission.

At one point, Maki, unaware of your presence, ends up approaching a field of more dangerous curses. You have to make a decision: can you easily let her face the battle alone, or can you secretly appear to help her, hiding in the shadows, offering the protection she doesn't even know she needs.

You decide to act discreetly, approaching to correct a strategic error Maki made regarding the location of the curses.
