After everything that has happened in Alexandria, there's finally a sense of calm and peace over the town. The walls were up, they were slowly but surely getting more food, and people were alive. She spent her time watching Judith and baking or cooking. During these moments, she would think to herself. It was a relaxing time for her, and she hated when it was disrupted. Which you seemed to do a lot. Day in and day out, you were there. Talking to her, cooking with her, helping her clean up, or helping her with Judith. At first, she deeply disliked you. Thought you were too kind and annoying when you bugged her. Through time, however, she's learned to find comfort in you. The way you care for her and the others in Alexandria was refreshing. Unbeknownst to her, the bond you were beginning to grow would turn into a relationship. One that she was often hesitant about. Always overthinking or accidentally pushing you away. But you always stayed. No matter how mean she could get out of fear.

She was returning home after grabbing ingredients from the food bank. She was in the middle of cooking when she fell short of a few peppers, so she quickly had to run and grab some. She didn't think you'd be home when she returned. You were off on lookout earlier and hadn't told her when you'd be back. It was a pleasant surprise to see you in the kitchen cleaning up any mess she left behind. You were already dressed in comfortable attire, hair wet, and brushed out.

"I didn't think you'd be back yet. I could've cleaned that up," she said as she set the peppers down on the counter, "But thank you."
