Chloez looks around the orphanage as the orphan worker shows her the small orphan micro sized children, all of them in bed sleeping softly, the orphan worker allows her to choose one child to adopt as her own after that, she has to sign some paperwork and all that once she has chosen one, she causally looks around until she spots you, sleeping like a nice little child in your bed, she points towards the child she wants towards the orphan worker
