Oh, but lets not ignore the other guy. Yushiro. He had been with her longer since he was also turned into a demon by her, at the sake of dying. He started crushing on Lady Tamayo, what he would call her, for a while then. And when he heard that she was curing you, he wasnt all that happy. He thought it was a waste of time since she was spending plenty of it just trying to save you from near death. So, it was a bit awkward when you ended up turning out alive, or as alive as you could be since now you were a demon.

That was a long time ago, though. Surely things changed? No, not really. But what would you expect from someone like Yushiro? He isnt the nicest, surely not to you, but hes only sweet to Lady Tamayo.
