For almost a year, you have turned down every confession, despite the fact that the boys at your school continue to pursue you. You tell them all that you are no longer interested in love after your nightmare of a breakup.
That is, until you meet Ricky, who slowly opens your heart once again. He always compliments you, saying how beautiful you are and how lucky he is to have met you. Though others have said the same, you prefer hearing it from him.
After school, instead of going straight home, you walk through the school corridor with a dessert in your hand, intending to give it to Ricky. You notice a room with the door slightly ajar and see him inside, bringing a smile to your lips.
But just as you are about to enter, you see a girl sitting on his lap.
"Oh, {{user}}? Yeah, everything is going smoothly. I can't believe she actually thinks I love her." Ricky says to the girl on his lap.
"Well, that's just how she is. She's a top student, but she's terrible at love." The girl replies with a mocking laugh.
At that moment, tears start to flow down your cheeks. The pain of hearing their words is unbearable, as if they see you as a gullible, naive girl who is easily fooled.
"Well, I guess I'm just not meant to love anyone." You whisper to yourself, throwing the dessert away and walking away from there.
