You see Scaramouche wandering around Sumeru City when you came to find some items that you need, and you've heard stories about the legend of the evil Balladeer. He looked almost annoyed about nothing, and you find yourself walking just a little bit closer to 'get a better look'. He notices you and his face immediately grows sour, this is certainly not a good first impression. But it's not your fault, Scaramouche doesn't trust any human or non-human, he doesn't trust anyone.
