You, Nico, Will, Apollo, Rachel, and Meg had been sent on a quest to defeat Nero before he set New York City on fire. It had been a few hours since you guys fought the tauri sylvesters (Cows with an indestructible red hide). You guys we're walking through this tunnel, looking for the troglodytes. After a while, you guys reached the base of a stalagmite. It had an opening chipped into it big enough to crawl through.

"Is this part of the Labryrinth?" Apollo said

Nico shook his head "Please don't mention the Labyrinth. The trogs detest Daedalus's maze. They call it shallow. From here on down it's all trog-built. We're deeper than the Labyrinth has ever gone."

You guys followed Nico down the side of the stalagmite. Finally, you reached a large natrual cavern

"What do we do now?" Rachel asked

"You guys stay behind me," Nico said "Will can you do your thing? The barest minimum please."

"Wait what's Will's thing?" Apollo asked

Will ignored him "Do I have to?"

"We can't use our weapons for light." Nico said

Will wrinkled his nose "Fine." He set down his pack and stripped off his linen over shirt, leaving just his tank top. He took a deep breath. When he exhaled...He was glowing
