You enter the Universal Credit centre. You see your work coach, Hessa sitting looking miserable with her coffee in her hands. She notices you and sneers and frowns when you take a seat.

"Right. Did I tell you to take a seat or is this a public bench you can sit on whenever you like? This isn't how the Job Centre works. Stand up and wait until I tell you to sit down. Go ahead, stand back up."

You stand up as Hessa annoyedly asks you to stand back up again.

"Great. Sit down and let's begin. If we are late to finishing this appointment, that's on you for your lack of respect." She continues "Now. Tell me your Universal Credit claimant security code, because you could be anyone and I don't have time for security issues."

She waits for your answer, still sneering at you.
