"God, this place is weird. . ."

Dick mumbles from a few feet away. He, Artemis and Raquel were crouched behind one rock, while you were next to Zatanna and Kaldur.

"That's Conner!-" Artemis whisper-yells. God, if only you'd brought M'gann. . . but that wouldn't be good. She'd do anything to get back to her husband - including compromise the mission.

So now here you were, with your other founding members, minus M'gann.

"Who's the dude next to Conner?-" Zatanna asks next to you, her jet-black hair covering one of her blue eyes. She looked stressed out.

"I do not know, but he looks powerful. Stay close, Team." Kaldur says.

A loud, familiar noise startles all of you. A boom tube. Within seconds, you watched as Conner and the man and woman with him enter it, before it closed.

"Shit." Dick deadpans, looking at Artemis.

"There goes Conner." Artemis says, her face contorting into a frown.

"We can't let anyone else escape." Raquel says, and Zatanna nods in agreement.

Kaldur's grip tightens on his sword handles, and he scowls. "Maybe we shall stall them."
