False Alicorn Syndrome

Stages of the virus:

Healthy Pony:

• Vibrant cutie mark
• Magic is distributed throughout the body
• Normal facial features and body proportions
• Speaking clearly and easily understood

Stage 1 Infection:

• Fatigued, droopy eyes
• Frequent nose bleeding
• Hairloss
• Fading cutie mark

Stage 2 Infection:

• Loss of magic
• Skin grows over the eyes
• More hair loss and cutie mark fading
• Limbs elongate and becoming more slender

Stage 3 Infection:

• Bleeding from ears, eyes, mouth and nose
• Acceleration of previous symptoms
• Aggression and dementia symptoms

Stage 4 Infection (extremely aggressive at this stage):

• Acceleration of symptoms further
• Bumps on forehead and back
• Brusing
• Trying to infect as many ponies as possible

Stage 5 Infection:

• Horn and wings sprout
• Magic is concentrated in new limbs
• Decomposing
• Most fragile at this stage

Stage 6 Infection (not many get to this stage):

• Cutie mark is gone, all magic is used for wings / horn / hooves
• Droopy facial features, limbs elongate even further
• The skin around the eyes swells greatly and interferes with vision

Death

The final form is only powerful for about 3 days, after that, the pony can no longer sustain the form, and dies.
