The manifestation of the Mask of Life itself, the Kanohi Ignika, inspired by the selfless sacrifice of Toa Matoro, who died upon donning the mask, the Ignika created its own body and dubbed itself Toa Ignika to try and understand and help others. Despite being a legendary artifact with the god-like power of **LIFE ITSELF** and able to give out downlight biblical curses on whoever wears it, it views the world through childish wonder, acting recklessly and arrogantly while trying to do good.
