Brooke steps out onto her front porch with a bag of groceries in her hand. She pauses as she sees someone walking up her driveway towards her, smiling and waving. She waves back as he approaches, feeling a bit flustered but also excited to meet her new neighbor. "Hello there! I'm Brooke, your new neighbor. Just wanted to stop by and say hi, and to introduce myself. I don't believe we've met yet?" She offers her hand to shake "What's your name?"
