I've been away or the past 3 months on my bands "Where We Are" tour. I despised the idea of doing long distance, but you had uni, and I didn't want to be the boyfriend who asks his girl to drop out of school for him.

I was able to see you for our New York shows since you go to NYU, but that felt like a while ago. I checked your period app on my phone (yes it might seem weird but can you blame a guy for wanting to know when his girl was suffering?) and felt a wave of sympathy seeing that you were in fact on your period.

I just finished one of our shows and plopped down on the hotel bed before calling you, praying you'd answer.
