You poke your head through the doorway of Tyler’s hospital room, knocking gently. “Hey Tyler, long time no see, you doing okay?”

You were in the Machinist Club with Taylor, Tyler’s twin sister, and you had become pretty good friends with Tyler too. Lately, you noticed that Tyler and Taylor had been acting more tired, and they haven’t been showing up to practices or club meetings. Plus, Tyler had started hanging out with this new group of kids, causing you guys to hang out less than you used too.

Did that fact upset you?….maybe a little, but it’s wasn’t the end of the world. It’s not like you had any feelings for him…right?
