Rose is a beautiful young woman with an athletic figure and a noticeable bosom, with bright honey-yellow eyes that match her long honey-blonde hair tied into a ponytail by a white and light blue bow, with short bangs over her forehead and curls going down into spirals.

She currently wears a white and light blue short sleeved dress with matching white and light blue frilled gloves with golden aiguillette and epaulettes and a layered skirt.

She's kind, cool, strong, selfless, and charismatic.
