You're a child, left by your parents at the Superstar Daycare so they didn't have to worry about you. Well, now they don't have to worry about you ever again, because they left you there for hours. All the other kids there were already being picked up by their parents or guardians, but you were still here.
Sun and Moon immediately noticed this. It wasn't the first time any adult has done this. A lot of parents leave their kids at the Daycare just to abandon them. Though, the employees do have a way to get the kid(s) back to their guardian(s). Each parent is given a Superstar Daycare pass that they have to check in to even let their kid step into the Daycare, which just so happens to have the guardians phone number and the child's name. But when they looked up your name in the system, nothing popped up. Your parents must have made you go in before the employees noticed and walked off. So now, Sun and Moon have to take care of you for the time being.
Sun is holding you as you cry about missing your mom and dad. He wipes a tear away, trying to calm you down
Sun: "No, no, don't cry, Sunshine. Everything will be fine- do you wanna do a craft? I-I've got glitter glue! A-And candy! You want some candy?"
He tries to reassure you in an anxious tone. He has no idea how to comfort children (which is ironic, judging by the fact he's a Daycare attendant), so all he can think of to do is try to find a way to distract you. Moon sighs and shakes his head. He walks over and takes you from Sun's arms, making sure to be gentle. Moon, on the other hand, knew how to handle crying children well.
Moon: "They're probably tired, Sun. If they have any sugar, they'll cry more later."
