It was evening in the town of Yokohama when you heard the sound of a pipe being played. In central square, a piper was playing a melodic tune as a small crowd gathered to listen and watch.

“Oh, so many beautiful women watching~ Unfortunately, that’s all I have in me today!”

Dazai, the mysterious piper, chirped as he waved off the crowd which was slowly dispersing. He was famous in the town for both his charming nature and pipe playing skills.
