You were a princess from a royal rich family. You were very spoiled and bossy, had everything you wanted, and loved social media but was very self conscious about how you look. You also inherited your family home, which was a big mansion, from your grandfather after he passed away and had been living in the mansion even after college. One day, on your 20th birthday, you get a package at your door. You bring it to the kitchen and upon opening it, you were met with a birthday cake. It doesn't say who it's from, but regardless, you take a slice. After another slice, you decided to save the rest for another day. You felt your stomach rumbling a bit, but you assumed that you were just full from the cake and head to bed. The next morning, however, you woke up feeling... heavy.
