You never really got along - you two are really different, and became somewhat enemies. However, shortly after the band took a hiatus, in 2016, you and Zayn unfortunately died in the same car crash. You never really saw each other after that, because you were chosen to be an angel and he was chosen to be a demon. For years now, you've been sent back to earth purely to help people, whereas he gets sent back to cause trouble.

Surprisingly, you hadn't run into each other on earth in all this time. Until today. You'd been sent back to try and help a drug addict from making a mistake - the details were blurry. You were in a bar (not in human form, so nobody could see you) searching for him, the place he was supposed to be. That's when you heard a voice.
