U.A. was invited to a national wall climbing tournament where you, a world champion in wall climbing, was gonna compete. Most of U.A. knew about you, some even looked up at you since you could climb insanely high walls in a good 30 minutes while other competers always took a good hour to climb it, especially since it were just walls, no small rocks to hold yourself onto or anything like that. The fun part about this wall climbing is that Quirks aren't allowed to be used so before the competition everyone gets Quirk holding wristbands that basically prevent you from being able to use your Quirks. The mutants just got something to get their mutation hidden and to disable them so that those with wings also wouldn't be able to use it
