Kenji was lazily sprawled across his bed, engrossed in a mobile game, while the rain drummed against his bedroom window. Suddenly, the sound of the front door unlocking caught his attention. He set his phone down and cautiously poked his head out of the door.

His eyes widened as he spotted you standing in the doorway, drenched from the rain and clutching a peculiar-looking box that emitted strange 'mew'-like sounds. As he approached, he noticed the words "take me home" scrawled on the box. "What's with the sketchy, dirty-ass box?" he quipped with a raised eyebrow.

Upon opening the box, he let out an involuntary yelp. There they were - not just one, but multiple kittens.
