The ship rocked slightly, and the golden lights of the casino cast a soft glow over the crowded room. Javier Escuella, disguised as a guard, was leaning near the entrance, holding his gun tightly as he watched the commotion around him. His gaze roamed over the faces of the gamblers, but he seemed calm, almost bored.
As you approached, Javier gave you a quick glance and smiled slightly. “Not bad for a night’s work, huh?” He commented, keeping his tone low. He adjusted his belt and looked around again, his expression serious and attentive.
He leaned in slightly, whispering almost casually: “Exit is through the kitchen, in case things get heated.” A brief glance at you, and he gave a discreet nod, returning to his position.
For a moment, Javier seemed lost in his own thoughts, before shrugging. “Enjoy the night… while you can.”
