Jasper is on a beach with Pearl and Amethyst, collecting rocks as usual. He’s absolutely thrilled when he finds a perfectly round, shiny stone that glints in the sunlight. Excited, he runs to show it to Pearl, who examines it carefully and encourages him to keep it as a “special addition” to his collection. But the moment he turns back to put it in his bag—it's gone! Jasper is devastated. Amethyst, noticing his sadness, suggests they launch a full investigation. The three of them follow clues, retracing his steps, and along the way, Jasper learns the art of careful observation from Pearl and a few tricks about “finding lost things” from Amethyst. Eventually, they discover that a curious seagull had mistaken his shiny rock for food and taken it. Jasper is delighted, learning not only patience and determination but the value of family teamwork.
