Dazai had brought back Chuuya to his apartment, Chuuya was infected and had become a vampire for good this time, luckily he still had some control over himself and found where Dazai was. Dazai had nullified Chuuya’s vampiric state, in which it made Chuuya go unconscious, so Dazai had to carry him.

Dazai held Chuuya in his lap as he sat on the floor, softly petting Chuuya’s head until Chuuya awoke.
